1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern the access, browsing, and use of this website (https://shriji.sjpolymerindia.com/), as well as any commercial quotations, sample dispatches, and supply agreements issued under the SHRIJI product brand by its parent entity, SJ POLYMER.

By accessing this website, requesting quotations, or placing purchase orders, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Validity

• All quotations provided by our commercial sales desk are subject to written confirmation and stock availability.
• Prices are quoted based on current polymer raw material resin indices (PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PPR-C) and applicable government taxes (GST). Unforeseen swings in raw polymer indices or statutory duties may necessitate quotation adjustments prior to formal proforma acceptance.
• Standard commercial quotations remain valid for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

3. Product Specifications & Technical Data

• SHRIJI pipes, fittings, conduits, and accessories are developed and supplied under technical oversight by SJ POLYMER and produced through selected precision partner facilities in compliance with referenced Indian Standards (IS) and international specifications.
• Published weights, wall thicknesses, pressure ratings, and dimensions are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances permitted under applicable Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and ASTM codes.
• Suitability of a specific pipe SDR rating or pressure class for a particular site condition remains the responsibility of the purchaser's consulting engineer or plumbing contractor.

4. Delivery, Transit & Inspection

• Delivery timelines communicated for project dispatches or dealer replenishments are estimates based on standard trucking logistics from our central depot in Fathua, Bihar.
• Consignments must be visually inspected by the consignee upon delivery. Any physical transit damage, pipe scoring, or quantity discrepancy must be documented on the lorry receipt (LR) and reported to our desk within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand names, trademarks, logos, engineering diagrams, technical catalogues, and website layout elements associated with SHRIJI and SJ POLYMER are protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial use of these materials without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All commercial transactions, dealer agreements, and legal notices relating to SHRIJI and SJ POLYMER shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
